The International Travel Club was founded by Colonel Harold (Hal) Grady,
a retired Army Colonel and world traveler, in St. Louis, MO, on March 25, 2000.
It has grown to be one of the largest clubs of its kind in the nation,
with over 200 members.
Membership is open to the general public.

Benefits of membership:
Two weeks prior to scheduled meetings members receive the
club newsletter informing them of the date, topic, and speakers
for the upcoming meeting.
The newsletter also includes
information about trips, current
travel warnings, travel quizzes, health and travel insurance advice,
and favorite destinations.
In addition to the four meetings a
year members are invited to an
annual potluck picnic at
Creve Coeur Park in September.
Members attend free of charge but there is a nominal fee for guests.
Yearly membership dues, payable by the first of November, are
$10 for individuals, $15 for couples,
and $20 for travel agents and travel industry representatives.
Single travelers are welcome to join the Travel Companions,
a group for club members who would like to meet
others with whom to travel.
